The core blowing machines are machines of the bottling line in the packaging plants which allow to make a bottle starting from a preform in plastic material.
The production cycle of these automatic machines has seven stages: preforms alignment, warming up in the oven, introduction into the mould, preform iron, blowing, mould opening, exit in line of the bottle.
For high production speeds circular core blowing machines are used, while for the production of bottles with more complex shapes or of dimensions superior to the standard formats (5 liter and more) linear core blowing machines are used.
The rhythm of production depends on the number of moulds located on the machines. You can count up to 24 on the circular core blowing machines, 5 or 6 on the linear core blowing machines.
